Definitive prosthesis - ceramic metal support / Gingivoplasty
Fig. 1 - Patient Z.H. is coming with the following situation in our dental clinic: patient shows occlusion covered deep,
upper incisors with shortened clinical crowns. It has been presented several treatment options and patient chose
fixed prosthesis with ceramic on metal bridges.

and the increased clinical crown. In order to increase the vertical dimension of future clinical crowns there were
made gingivoplasty at the upper teeth, then applied provisional prosthetic gingival content. It has been polished the
teeth and crowding impression is taken for making provisional restorations.
